“Humans are of the Dark, and you are no different…”
Welcome the world without flame
Lord Gwyn has failed on his quest to perpetually uphold the Age of Fire, and so, the First Flame died with him. No bonfire has been lit since that time, the Sun never again graced the world’s inhabitants, and the Abyss was allowed to run freely. Tear open rifts the Abyss to replenish your strength, but beware, for this process comes at a cost. If you gaze into the Abyss long enough, it stares right back at you, and you might just bring something back with you into this world. Blood-starved beasts, eldritch horrors and peculiar monsters all lurk within the shadows. Embark on your accursed journey to acquire the Dark Soul, for only this primordial power might aid you in saving what’s left of this realm…
Progress through brand new locations, such as the Grave of the Gods and Moonsunk City, and unravel the intricate story of this unfamiliar world and its characters. But don’t you dare go hollow, lest the true nature of the world you will discover.
Revolutionary story-telling
Brand-new, fully voiced NPCs, with their unique questlines, world states, new locations, plenty of new mechanics and hundreds of new items (weapons, armour, utility items, spells and key items) all with their unique descriptions. Just like the Allfather Miya Za Ki intended.
World states
To uphold the grim status quo, a Grand Illusion has been cast on this world. The breath-taking beauty of this gloomy realm helps keep any potential threats in check. Yet, as the Furtive Pygmies have discovered, once enough humanity seeps out of you, once you take on the mantle of a Hollow, the illusion shatters. Your mind opens and grants you eyes, with which you are able to convey the true nature of the world.
Achieve Hollowing level of 15 or more to experience a completely different, more malicious world with its own design, enemies and bosses.
Reworked covenants
To aid you in your quest, you might desire to employ external help. If you solemnly pledge yourself to the covenant of your choosing, the covenant’s patron shall bestow their blessing to you. Grants a unique attack, with each covenant granting a different one and having no covenant also granting one. Simultaneously press L1 and R1 to perform it.
Reworked movesets
To better fit the much-expanded arsenal at your disposal, all weapons have received a movement overhaul. Never before seen in DS3 new animations, and expanded movesets are sure to provide a fresh and unique experience to combat. Thanks to this, you can now perform:
Fourth one-handed unique R1 attack in the chain
Fourth two-handed unique R1 attack in the chain
Fourth two-handed unique L1 attack in the chain (for weapons supporting L1 attacks)
Expanded backstep attacks (both one and two-handed)
Second one-handed unique kick
Second two-handed unique kick
Second one-handed unique jump attack

200+ New weapons & 40+ New armours
With the tears in the Abyss bringing in new and dangerous creatures, so come with them new weaponry and armour. Utilise items from Bloodborne, Dark Souls I, Dark Souls II, Monster Hunter World, along with completely new items created for this mod. Each weapon will have its own weapon art, as to provide a distinctly different experience every time. This includes trick weapons, with mod-exclusive trick weapons, as well as two new weapon classes:
Odachi - an unusually long sword of Eastern origin, these weapons would be unwieldy for a regular human. But you are no regular humans, cut foes in half and slice them with the seemingly unending attacks that can be utilised with these weapons.
Gun Lance - exotic trick weapons from the lands ridden with enormous monsters. Wreck explosive havoc on enemies by bombarding them at close range, or by pounding them with the incredibly heavy, blunt barrel of the gun.
